Balotelli's prolific goalscoring record has reportedly caught the attention of the Italian giants after scoring 12 times in 16 Ligue 1 appearances for Nice already this season.
This red-hot form follows on from the previous season and in total the Italian has scored 35 from 51 since joining the French club from Liverpool in 2016.
However, his last move to his homeland proved disastrous. The former Manchester City striker only managed to hit the back of the net on 3 occasions from 23 games for AC Milan, who had secured him on a season-long loan from Merseyside.
Juventus will be hoping that they have better luck, with the English newspaper alleging that the club's relationship with Balotelli's agent, Mino Raiola, will be key in finalising the transfer.
The 27-year-old was originally signed by Nice on a one-year contract, which was extended for another season due to his impressive preformances. However, that will run out in June and it will be a difficult task to convince the striker to stay if Juventus put enough money on the table.
