Ramsey is likely to leave north London, after talks over a new deal have stalled and look unlikely to resume any time soon.
It is now claimed by 'Sport Mediaset' that Zielinski could be the perfect man to take his place. The 24-year-old has previously been linked to Liverpool, as well as Real Madrid.
Liverpool even made an offer in 2016 when he was at Udinese, but the Pole opted to stay in Italy and move south to Napoli.
Since then he has made 96 appearances, scoring 15 times, and has been an impressive player for the Serie A outfit.
