United youngster Brandon Williams is not in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plans. He has used the 20 year old twice in the Carabao Cup.
The Englishman could look for another club in the January transfer window and one of the clubs interested is Southampton. They tried to get Williams in the summer, but the Norwegian coach blocked the move.
According to 'The Sun', the Saints will try again to get the footballer in January on loan so they have another player at full-back. Kyle Walker-Peters and Ryan Bertrand are their full-backs at the moment.
The loan deal is United's wish because they have lots of hopes pinned on the youngster who has played for United U18, U19, U21 and U23s.
The player, up to now, has only played two games this term for United. They were Carabao games versus Brighton and Luton Town.
