Valencia still dreaming of Otamendi

The story between Nicolás Otamendi and Valencia did not end in the summer of 2015. The centre-half then went to Manchester City in exchange for just over 40 million euros, but rumours of a return have never ceased.

The matter went even further last summer. Olé said at the time that Otamendi's idea was to return to Valencia, to settle down and live out his final years in Spain before finishing his career.

Finally, Otamendi continued on with City (he has one more year of contract) even playing more than initially expected because of Aymeric Laporte's injury. Now, the Frenchman's return could leave him in the background once again. 

And in this situation, 'The Sun' assures that Valencia will come back for him at the end of the season, when Guardiola's team has planned an important remodeling of the team.
